Return policy

10 days to return

 

If you are not satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you can send a return request within 10 days from the date the item arrived. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our customer service will be happy to guide you.

 

Note:

✔️ Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered to be eligible for returns / exchanges.

✔️ We do not offer free return shipping or refund any charges that may arise from shipping a return.

✔️ To make sure your return is valid and eligible for a refund:

✔️ Always process a return in accordance with our returns procedure

✔️ Make sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you send your return.

✔️ Please take the time to read our refund policy to find out how much money you can expect to receive for a return.

 

 

 

 

 

Assistance after 10 days?

 

Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We hope you have enough time to familiarize yourself with and identify issues that may affect the items you have chosen. This is why we give you 10 days from the arrival of your order to trigger a return.

However, our goal of satisfaction does not change after 10 days. Depending on the reason for your delay or the problems you had with the items, we would still be able to provide you with an additional 3 days.

 

Are you looking to exchange?

 

If you would like to exchange an item you received due to size or quality issues, please do as follows: simply follow our returns procedures and specify “Exchange” as “desired resolution”.

Note that exchanges are an alternate solution for returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.
