Refund policy

Refunds will be subject to 2 stages of processing before its successful transfer. The first phase takes place in our internal system, while the next phase of processing takes place in your bank.
Depending on the processing time, the refund may take a few more days. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for the completion of both phases and for the repayment to be visible on your financial statements.

Shipping and delivery issues

We do not provide refunds for:
Customs fees / VAT. Fasoeshop has no control over these charges, and we would not be able to give you an estimate of the cost, as customs policy and import duties vary widely from country to country. If applicable to your country, these charges will be your responsibility as a taxable citizen.
Complaints about not receiving an order, if the mail tracking information indicates that the order was delivered successfully. Depending on the situation, we may be able to provide a coupon for you.
Any complaint about not receiving an order, if this is due to an error in the delivery address you provided. This is especially true if you have selected the wrong country.

If your order does not include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price listed on our site (original item price). If your order includes any promotions or discounts, the calculated price you paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. In this example, you were able to successfully apply a discount of $ 2 to your order, which reduced your order total to $ 18. If you are eligible for a refund for “Item A”, you will receive a refund for the “reduced price” of $ 9.

We do not provide refunds for:
 Worn, washed, damaged, altered or clearance items.
 Orders that are not returned in accordance with our return policy
 Orders that are returned in accordance with our return policy, if we are unable to provide a tracking number for the delivered return.
 The cost of shipping the order will not be included in refunds. We do not offer free return shipping or refund any charges that may have resulted from shipping a return.
For your security, refunds will only be transferred to the original payment method you used when ordering.
